Within the framework of the AGRI CAMP Program, we continue providing trainings for ANAU staff. The “Strategic Planning” course, conducted by ICARE expert Hovhannes Atabekyan, took place on June 4 and 5 at the AgriCamp Training Center.

                

During the two days of the training, participants studied the theory of strategic planning, got acquainted with the development of strategies, the system of key indicators of implementation and performance evaluation and work motivations.

As a result of several group-work activities, the participants presented the strategies of their respective subdivisions and evaluated each other’s work by secret ballot.
